Age of Exploration, Student Presentations. Unit 5 in Social Studies is the “Age of Exploration,” where we discuss European explorers in the 1400 and 1500s. Students will have the opportunity to take notes and compile those notes into a slide presentation given in class (download rubric for presentations). The presentations may start on October 1st but will likely happen the following week, October 7-9th.
